Here's what we will cover:

1. The Three Prong Approach to Protect Your Business During a Downturn – While most businesses are reacting and some are even panicking, you have the unique opportunity to give your business a big picture overview and look at the opportunities that are all around you. We will share with you the 3 key focus areas for you to safeguard your business and to continue your business growth.

2. Low Cost Sales Promotions and Client Relations Programs - What are the current promotions and marketing tactics that you are using to maintain contact with your clients? We will show you at least 5 low cost ways to stay in touch with your clients to generate more sales, get more leads and close more deals

3. Generate More Referrals – If someone referred to you is twice as likely to buy from you and buy more and more frequently from you, why would you waste your time making cold calls, going to meaningless networking functions or sending out mailers that generate almost 0 return?? We will work with you to develop a minimum of 8 referral systems you can apply to your business immediately and demonstrate why referrals are critical and essential for any business.

4. Increase client loyalty – How do you invest in your clients when you have no budget or if your priority is to bring in new business? We will demonstrate why your existing clients will bring you a far greater return than looking for new customers. You will learn at least 5 new ways to service your clients without spending any money.

5. Strategic Alliances & Joint Ventures – Why reinvent the wheel when you can leverage off someone else’s network, relationships, goodwill, client base, resources? Learn how to set up strategic alliances that will bring you referrals, new business and usually at no cost! We will walk through step by step how you can set up a joint venture/strategic alliance.
